Trauma can leave deep emotional and physical imprints that affect how we function, cope, and relate to others. My aim is to build a safe space for you to explore and process these experiences. We’ll also work on finding tools to ground and calm yourself when triggers appear.
Trauma
Mood changes and overwhelming feelings, expected or unexpected, can be difficult and lonely. Living with depression and anxiety often feels like you’re trapped inside your head. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and explore where they’re stemming from. We’ll also explore skills to use that can help in making every day a little easier.

Relationships
I’ve found that underlying all the symptoms and diagnosis, so many of our struggles stem from difficulties in our relationships. Understanding our attachment systems and relational patterns can be helpful in building healthy and safe relationships that meet our needs.
Self Identity
The way we perceive and define ourselves affects all areas of our life. You might be noticing that the way you view yourself influences your confidence, your relationships, your behaviors and your choices. Together we can explore your self-identity and build a deeper sense of self.
Emotional Regulation
Emotions are sometimes hard to navigate and regulate. It sometimes feels like our emotions are taking over us. Using skills rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I assist you in living more in the present and build distress tolerance to help regulate and soothe your emotions.
Changes can bring about a range of emotions, challenges, and adjustments. It can feel exciting, yet scary and overwhelming. We’ll explore the ways you can adjust to the changes and the emotions that accompany it.
